No.. Keep in mind I'm in north central OK... Practically south KS. Many a new home have been built out here on ex-pasture land. Right behind my fenceline, is an active ranch with 400 acres for sale...

Not too long ago I pulled in to the driveway and looked way towards the fence line... and was like "is that cow on my side of the fence or the other?"....

We like it. If you look directly to the left of the orange marker, there is a creek running down to the lake and a 10-slip dock. The big, grassy area between the creek and that stand of trees is all Army Corp of Engineers property. We take the dogs down there to play, and drag our sailboat or canoe down there to put in.

Yeah, they dammed up the Cumberland river (which runs into Nashville) 50-60 years ago. The data says that the lake is almost 100 lake miles long. It is big enough for pretty much any boating activity.

You have to replace some shingles, or did the Missery maffia tag your roof?

Mostly sleep and fawk. 1 bed, 2 dressers, an ironing board, and a bench thing to sit on. Way too big, IMHO. Like I said, one end of it should really be re-done with a bigger master bath and closet. But that is just me.

Kid has a room that is almost as big. After move, she is going to realize how good she had it.

Thanks ... I'm the one with the spanned concrete floor with storage under the garage.

Whenever someone new comes over, I show them that part.

I'd like to get rid of the fence, but :wifey: tells me not with little kids and a neighbor with pool

Not too long ago I pulled in to the driveway and looked way towards the fence line... and was like "is that cow on my side of the fence or the other?"....

It was on MY side. lol

Did you get to keep the cow? Or was he testing the theory that the grass is greener on the other side?

It's the one on the corner with the 2 cars in the driveway. Just a one-story ranch, full finished basement with wet bar. Nothing fancy by any means, and certainly not comparable to some of the other houses posted here.

I like the sidewalks.

My only gripe with the side walks is having to clear 120' of them when it snows :agree:. However, the snow blower I have does a good job of that :D

hopefully will have my own to post not too far off...

For 3.5 more weeks, anyhow.

No snow:

Back yard. Had extra chairs out, as we had a bunch of company over.

LOL, overflow seating. :-)
We had 30+ people over. Between the house, porch, and pool deck... was plenty of seating. You just don't see the other chairs. :smokee:

Pics?

here is one I posted before ... its a good place to keep all the mess.

the far area is under the end stall of the garage. The huge pillar on the right in the pic is in the middle of the two stalls closest to the house. You can see just a bit of the floor drain.

Yeah, the yard is much more comfortable to live in now. We managed to set up a nice igloo the past few weeks, but it just fell in due to the "heat" :ohyeah:

she was testing the fenceline... And I had no idea, but I learned that once they figure this out, they nearly always do it.

Can you blame them? I mean, they look so tastey and all.. hmmmmmm
