so they are doing this along the cliffs in the neighborhood. they are grading it, so we will loose about 10 feet of land at the top of the hill, and about 10 feet of land on the beach, so the beach will be smaller. they ripped the stairs out yesterday, and by lunchtime today, anyone who left a vehicle out was covered in dust. The end result will look nice, however the community association is not going to rebuild the damn stairs, it is up to the neighbors if they want it.

so we lost some land on the top of the hill where we all meet to have happy hours in front of where I live, but on a positive note, they cleared out all of the brush and trees that were there, in return giving a more wide view. I don't know how I feel about it, but oh well.
