Email bug lets hacker's take control of desireable Twitter accounts

Hackers steal valuable Twitter accounts including God, Vagina due to bug - Business Insider

The bug was accidentally showing anyone choosing to reset a password the full email address the email was going to.

In some cases the email address was so old users could just re-register for it and then get the email from twitter. Others were targeting for hacking/social engineering so they could again receive the email from twitter and change the address.
