The non-keto ribs are the meatiest ribs I’ve ever had. 2” to 2-1/2” thick. Costco carries three packs of ribs. Pick through them for the meatiest ones.

Before Mother’s Day, I hadn’t sauced anything from the smoker. Both ways are good.

Brisket is next.

less juice. you can wipe your mouth with your panties when you're done. goes better with seltzer too

Rub and sauce both had no sugar on the keto ribs.

I made some, seasoned without salt, 3hrs on 275, took off and wrapped for 2.5 more.

Put grape jelly, half stick of butter, and some bbq sauce in there.

Unwrapped and on for 1/2hr more.

Best Ive made yet, ruined plenty up til these.
