So it's been 10 years since the drywall was put up and there has been no painting done since.
In the last year this crack developed along an interior wall, the left side of the picture is an exterior wall to the side of my house.
Outside the house, on the side to the left of this picture, the concrete has been shifting, it has been getting worse every year. The old owners had all this concrete redone back in the summer of 2004. I purchased in in summer 2005.

Is this stuff just normal wear and tear?
My house is only about 7 feet away from my neighbors in this spot and they haven't had a working side gutter in the 10 years I've been here so all raid just goes right between the houses- their side of the fence is grass so I suspect all the water just takes the dirt underneath the concrete away with it.
Yeah it's ugly but I don't believe there is any larger issue here- but wanted to get opinions.
