We moved last Monday to a new to us house.

Built in 2000, we're the 3rd owners. Last owners worked M-F at a mine so we're only here during the weekend.

Here are pics when we looked at it.

Looks a nice place, you need to fence it all in so the mutt can run around to his heart's content and give the moggy somewhere to escape him from if he gets into a chaing mood :beerchug:

Correct, usually 13°-15° during the summer...high here is 95°. We're getting into the 40's already. Brrr windows open.

We're at 4500ft so will see sprinkles of snow a few times a year. :panic:
