I cant tell did the mixer run the light or did the pickup jump the gun? I am gonna say mixer was going to fast to stop and pickup got a turn light.. The big question, how did the contractor react when he learned that load of mud wasn't going to arrive?

Looks like the mixer ran the red light. Traffic is starting to move from both sides.
