My 96 only went up to 85 on the dial. I had it up to whatever speed straight down was. It was kinda sketchy, but it would do 110-120 easy.

Yeah, I remember those years. Wasn't it a law or something? I remember many cars that could go much faster having the 85 speedo. I had a GPZ Kawasaki like that too.
