Anyone else unable to create a new thread?

I'm working with one user unable to create new threads but can post replies and send PMs... Anyone else having this problem? The connection times out or resets when clicking the button to create a thread.

for awhile, but no problems actually going through with creating a new thread.

I've gotten the same message as Ralphie on occasion. Doesn't happen every time and he thread still gets created.
