I've never had any issues with ordering games from best buy before. Although the one near me has been closed cuz of Covid-19, I have a protection/replacement plan on a very expensive controller I want to replace since it's breaking but it expires in August and the store is still closed.......so i wonder if they'd do a roadside exchange for me or not......
