Changes to the PM System

I have upgraded our PM system to show a short preview of the message in the message list.

Please line up to voice your complaints and disapprovals.

I tend to always have a few new PMs when I log in. The new system makes it a lot easier to delete them as I can now easily see if the message was important or not.
