Easter Double Smoked Ham

A cured spiral cut ham is on the smoker, along with two sirloin steaks. Had to try steaks from our half beef. Temp is hanging between 235° and 250°F. Never tried or even heard of smoking a cured ham before.

Ham was good too. The first couple of slices were a little dried out but it was fairly primo ~3 slices in. Tasted good.
