You get Gameroom cash from posting in threads, creating new threads, voting in polls, and other basic forum activity.

You can also get it by doing "Bad Deeds" (Available from the Community Drop Down Menu)

You can spend them playing in the Casino Games in the "Gameroom" on the navbar.
