How does shark meat taste?

my week long trip to Destin Flordia with friends, family, and the woman.

I have had pretty good luck fishing in Destin. I never caught a shark there though.

i've been every year for the past 5 or so years, this is the first year i've caught a shark, the fishing wasn't that good this year really. we were there with the tropical storm south of us and the capt said it threw off the fishing.
