I made a 7 pound brisket flat yesterday.

This morning I chopped some fresh green chile, scrambled some eggs and made brisket green chile breakfast burritos on low carb tortillas. So. Damn. Good.

brussels with bacon - finished with a balsamic drizzle

the other side was a cauliflower mac and cheese recipe that I have been playing with. came out good.
