Just a friend of mine I used to work with. I'd keep it but I have narrowed my mowing down to three yards, and the ZT is overkill. I am trying to own less overall and simplify my side work down to just photography. Videography will be my hobby, mowing just a few yards will be my meditation. Money from the sale will also help fund a cottage! I'm going for a 14x32 foot "camping cabin" built by Shawnee Sructures. I've been researching solar kits, compost toilets, etc etc. And in the future I will use the cottage as a studio/business front.

I would pony up for a septic system over that. Compost toilet just sounds nasty.
They aren't as bad as you might expect but I have no desire to put one in a home. My aunt/uncle in Maine had one for many years. It worked and they had good compost though I don't think you can use it on your vegetable garden. Parts became obsolete for it so they converted to a regular toilet.
When was the last time you were in the casino? It has changed A LOT since they passed table games. My office is right beside the poker room near the executive entrance, stop on by sometime! It's a real casino now.I never realized you were in Charles Town.and I go to that casino with her parents about once a year.
We were there back in March, just before the table games were to be put in. I also didn't realize you worked for the casino. I'll stop by next time we come up. What's your job there?

We're growing like crazy. They're planning a new Inn connected to the casino with a civic center on the first floor and 45 poker tables. They want 100 more poker tables inside. Right now we have 110 tables up and running and we still have all 5k slot machines. Horse racing profits have gone up a lot also, which was the opposite of what was expected to happen when table games came. We tore down the old stage and theres a high dollar steak house going in right now. Sports bar is going in soon also. First thing you'll notice when you walk in is my Daktronics film-strip shaped 100 foot LED screen
