So I use this guy for short smokes during the week. (homemade from a Weber Smokey Joe and a tamale pot)

Cooked up a pork loin, sliced and put on Hawaiian Bread Slider Rolls.

I used to have an extension like that for my Weber. The local Ace hardware used to sell them. Turns the kettle into a decent smoker. I like your homemade version...looks much more sturdy.

I have a pretty good sized 'turkey' fryer that I really don't use and was thinking of turning it into a small one for use when I want to do just stuff for us and a couple of friends. Would be a lot easier than the OK Joe's when I am doing 15-30 people.
