Alexa enabled video intercom that can work room to room in the same house, or across the internet to mobile devices or intercoms in other people's houses (family I guess.)
To prevent accidentally showing video at "inappropriate" times there's a physical shutter to block out the camera but that is still recipe for disaster especially when they suggest to put it in bedrooms.
In a main room though, or kitchen, it could be interesting.
