I bought a similar one for my mom's car and it worked great- she was always getting dead batteries even though no one could find a short
and now it looks like the same thing is happening with the ZJ... a brand new (less than 3 month old) battery and I went to start it this morning, totally and completely dead- not a light, sound, beep, or anything... this happened before and we replaced the battery which was close to 4 years old- now I know it's more then just the battery- hopefully this will keep it lasting once I install it (and jump the battery).
