Cooked this up yesterday and broke out the slicer this morning.....nice and rare.
Might make some French dip sammies later.

I like it a lot. The only thing I wish was better was the handle and plate that's for holding the meat as you slide it to the blade....I wish it went back farther to hold bigger pieces of meat.
I had to order this one from an actual restaurant place in Prescott, AZ where my buddy owns a restaurant. They might be available online now.
