The fact you go to the old site can only mean that the DNS server has not yet updated. By internet "law" they are supposed to update at least every 48 hours- the network you are on however is obviously fubared- my guess it will be back sometime soon- can you try a different browser on your phone? Thinking maybe the browser does some sort of DNS caching to "improve" performance.
