Why don't videos show up in replies for me? Must be a setting that changed in my IE properties? The videos used to show up in a reply, and I could click/play them within the thread. Now it just shows up as an empty box with a little icon in the top left corner.

Yeah...that's pretty much what I get, but I still get the larger box where the [Youtube] video should be. There is just a little icon in the top left corner of the larger box.
