I never watched Game of Throne reaction videos, so I don't know how Picard compares. But in my opinion not looking for CBS.

when you rank the Picard videos released in the past month by views, the #1, #2, #3 videos are meh-Picard. star trek picard - YouTube

And the #4 Picard easter egg video only has 271k views versus the #1 RLM at 1.2 million. The most popular "Ready Room" Wil Wheaton video has less than 200k views.

Picard gets a tiny fraction of the viewership of Game of Thrones- It isn't even the same ballpark. Game of Thrones was the Superbowl and Picard is a neighborhood little league.
