So last night I smoked some wings and brats. Someone suggested putting the wings in the oven to broil and crisp a bit after smoking. That's an excellent idea. Results were great. I need to try brining wings before I smoke them to infuse more salt.
Also, brats are easily my favorite thing to smoke these days. So easy and great. Zero effort for huge reward.
