Smoked for 1-1/2hrs on UDS @ 300° with mix of Pecan, Apple and Hickory
Dry Rub = Manny's Delectably Tempting Butt Rub
Sauce = Manny's Wing Sauce

Did you just use the string method for Frenching the legs? That's what I do for the racks of lamb I do for the Wifey/Daughter.
