I can't seem to find a dry cleaner nearby that picks up and delivers.

A friend told me to hang it from the neckline of my shirt. That works for one blouse, when you just need it out of the way for a few seconds and don't already have problems balancing. It doesn't work for a week's worth of trousers, shirts, and jackets.
