I've got mine going now doing a piece of rare roast beef.
We're doing stuff earlier tomorrow, so the brisket goes on at 9 tonight and the pork/chicken/andouille early tomorrow.
Doing baked beans, cornbread and some of the :wifey: home made mac-n-cheese.

Last indoor cook tomorrow......all the cabinet and counter tear out starts on Monday morning.

Somehow I’m on vacation and was told I’m doing the grilling.

Not my stuff, not my grill, not my utensils, etc. ugh

I wish, but we will be hanging out at the neighborhood pool again tomorrow and we always grill out afterward. I could grill here, but we always end up feeding half the neighborhood at that grill and it’s way bigger than my Weber Spirit.

We’re doing a rib cook off at a friends house today.


I’ve got three racks on the goddamned smoker.

I shall be crowned the champion a little later this afternoon.
