Butt went on at 5AM. Ribs later along with a turkey boob and some andouille sausage.
Baked beans, mac salad and some of my cast iron cornbread to go with it all.

This is all that's left, other than some pulled pork that I might try some green chile with....just for the hell of it.
The butt was only about 8.5 pounds, the turkey about 5 and a small rack of ribs.
It was yummy.

For the love of god. You are the man.

I have to do a butt soon. Been awhile. Problem is wife will rarely eat anything I make. She tires of everything quickly which is fine but I’ll mow down BBQ for days until that shit’s gone or at least vacuum pack some of it. I have to get better about eating the vacuum packed stuff. I admit that I haven’t been good about that.
