One of the couples that went with us was originally from Southwest Kansas. The husband said he only recognized about 4 or 5 of the songs. He said the Cure never played live in Kansas and was never on the radio as far as he knew.

Nobody played SW Kansas, there is nothing there to draw a band. I recall people having their albums in college, I just never listened.
