Your house is probably not going to fall down. The crack inside could just be from mild settling. If you don't see any other cracks inside or more importantly, outside, just move on. If you're still uncomfortable, call a foundation repair company and get them to take a look, they'll probably give you a "sky is falling" scenario, but at least you'd be able to hear why the sky is falling and if it sounds like bs, it probably is.
