I paid almost $150. I'll sell it now for $40 + actual shipping cost. I threw out the original box but I'll find something to fit it in. Otherwise it is complete and working fine.
I stopped using it about 2 months ago. I think this is more for someone who has their TV on a wall. The sound is good but if you have the room (and I do) two independent speakers set apart do sound better, so that is what I'm going with.
What is good about this is it will auto turn off when there is no audio and auto turn on once the audio signal has resumed.
