Smoked Portobello Mushrooms.

Some smoked portobello bruschetta mushrooms.
Good parm from Italy.
Toms, basil, spinach, garlic and green onions.
Greek seasoning and some Frankie's olive oil.
Topped with some prosciutto, smoked for 25 minutes then topped with fresh mozzarella and 5 more minutes on the smoker then topped with some balsamic reduction.

I like smoked baby portobello's, slice em thing along with a bite of steak. A little blue cheese as well
