That's a pretty nice looking unit, and not all that bad of a price either.Seems to me that actual commercial grade stuff is cheaper and probably better made.

I'd go with a hood. Honestly don't know if they require additional ventilation. Would be surprised if that were the case.Those are massive and what type of ventilation system do you need for those commercial units?
Just put it in that ginormous space you have created for your wife's clothes. she can get dressed and toast you a bacon sammich at the same damn time.Looks like commercial equipment is problematic in homes due to non residential depths and nonstandard widths as well as not being rated for proximity to drywall and wood cabinets.
