It looks almost identical...mine has 3 spreaders, the brackets are all the same, even the pads underneath each of the 4 corners are the same. I wouldnt be surprised if they both come from the same place. Do you just peel the edge up and pull the cover off the frame?

yeah, just peel a corner and it should come up...it's attached at the front of the truck bed to the front rail, you just roll it up there.

I'm happy with it. I wanted some sort of bed protection, but not spray in, for the random few times I might need to sleep in the truck bed on jeep trips. This rug seemed like a good choice for that. Drop ins tend to kill the paint and this certainly won't. The cover I wanted something I could hide luggage and stuff for longer trips, but not something too permanent where I couldn't USE the bed of the truck for other hauling (like my motorcycle).

So, both were happy compromises for me...and I got about $175 off.
