the South Bend and Chicago news sites have been primo trolling grounds this morning. Everyone who went to Miami said the ND fans were the most pompous, annoying yankee douchebags they've ever met. You would have thought they had actually done something over the past quarter century.The deflation of all the ND fans on facebook was much more amusing than watching the game

I think they will be there in a few years. Kelly is a great coach who has been recruiting well and their QB has a lot of talent and is only a freshman. Its been a long time, 1988, but it hasn't been 40 yrs.
I like Kelly, he's realistic and never says much positive about his team when asked. He knew they weren't there. His comment on how to win the 2nd half was hilarious.
Watching my relatives cry on FB was pretty funny. I've been talking shit to them all year (even though I'm a fan but I'm realistic). I thought that they were going to get owned by OK though and they pulled that one out. I like Kelly too. He half time interview was honest. That was refreshing to hear.
However ND is contracted to play 5 ACC teams a year. Their higher standard of winning will beat up on shit teams. Then when they play a team with a pulse, ass kicking will ensue.
