More Style Changes

The "medals" that used to designate Premium / Ultra-Premium / and staff usergroups have been replaced with "Ranks."

If you previously had medals disabled, Ranks will be disabled for you as well.

In User CP -> Edit Options, the option to "Enable Medals?" has been renamed to "Enable Ranks?"
